Standard Returns & Exchanges

Eligibility: Items must be in new, unused, and resalable condition, and returned in their original packaging with all tags attached. Timeframe: Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of receipt with valid proof of purchase. Refunds: Shipping fees are non-refundable, and all refunds will be issued in the original form of payment once the return is processed. Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Gift Registry Purchases

  • Eligible items purchased through a Gift Registry may be returned within 90 days from the event date (excluding furniture).
  • Proof of purchase or registry information is required to process the return.

Non-Returnable & Final Sale Items

The following items are non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-cancelable:
  • Personalized or monogrammed items
  • Custom or made-to-order furniture
  • Items purchased as final sale or store floor samples
  •  Live botanicals and perishable items
  • Cut yardage of fabric or trim
  • Items damaged, altered, or used through normal wear and tear

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement, repair, or refund at no additional cost to you.

Processing & Timelines

  • Please allow 5–10 business days from the date we receive your return for inspection and processing.
  • Refunds typically appear on your statement within 3–7 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
  • For exchanges, replacement items will ship once the return has been received and approved.

Important Notes

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product).
  • Items without valid proof of purchase may not be accepted.
