Customized or personalized products, made-to-order footwear, gift cards, and final sale items are not eligible for return.
Order Cancellation

Once an order has entered production or has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Product Quality
Every CARVELLO product undergoes quality inspection before shipment.
If a manufacturing defect is received, CARVELLO may repair, replace, or refund the product after inspection.
International Orders
International customers are responsible for applicable:

- Import taxes
- VAT
- Local government fees
These charges are not refundable by CARVELLO.
